North Hills Family,
What a joy it is walking through life's many blessings and trials with faithful brothers and sisters who love the Lord and one another. I'm really excited about our upcoming trek through Paul's letter to the Philippians, as it provides so much encouragement for our partnership in the gospel.
As you begin reading through this short book, notice Paul's attitude and affection that flows out of his union with Christ. As we stand united in one spirit , we too will see our joy increase as the gospel spreads and as we press on to what lies ahead. My hope is that we would all imitate the apostle by learning to be content in all circumstances, knowing we can face all things and do all things through Christ who is our strength. Our future is bright and our hope is strong because Christ is building His church,even here in Vacaville through people like us. May our joy abound as we see Him exalted and as we love one another with the love of Christ.
